This year 417 seniors ranging in age from 50 to
90 registered to participate in Chattanooga's Senior Olympics,
the largest number in the event's history. Our dock pal Kirk
(pictured with his lovely wife Shirley) took home gold medals in
three events - bench press (135 lbs), arm curl (65 lbs) and leg
press (335 lbs).

 All
the kids came to Chattanooga for a weekend on the lake, and we
had a fantastic visit. We boated and swam and kayaked. We did a
little birdwatching and some fishing and Sydney photographed
another beautiful sunset.

 When
Chattanooga CityScope magazine did a feature on life on the
river, we were interviewed along with two other boating couples.
We enjoyed getting to know the folks at the magazine and were
very pleased with the story and photos. Click

 We
celebrated Memorial Day at the coast and wished a happy
anniversary to Granny & Pausie (60 years) and Kevin & Debra
(6 years).
